Park Partners
Park Partners are volunteers and supporters who donate funding, goods and services, and time to support our vision for Norton Park to be utilized as a historic, environmental, cultural and recreational facility for our community.
All are welcome at Park Committee Meetings:
Park Committee meets the first Monday of the month at 7 pm, at the court room during the winter and at Norton Park during the summer, unless otherwise noted on the website.
Park Co-Chairs: Two park volunteers are designated as Park Co-Chairs by the volunteers involved in supporting Norton Park. The Responsibilities of the Park Co-Chairs include fundraising and program planning for community events as well as Columbus Community Day, assisting with grant writing, selection of Citizen of the Year, soliciting donations and sending formal correspondence on behalf of the Park Committee including thank you notes and press releases.
