The Function of the Planning Board:

The Town Planning board has advisory powers, and regulatory powers. The Planning Board advisory powers may include research and recommendations for subdivision and site plan regulations, local law review and the development of the Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Board regulatory powers include the review of subdivisions and other regulations as authorized by the Town Board.

The Planning Board meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7pm at the Town Hall. The Public is invited to attend.
