Please nominate an individual who deserves to be recognized as the
2013 Citizen of the Year. Nominations must be received by the
Town Clerk by September 9th, 2013 at noon to be considered.
This award will be presented to a nominee who:
· Consistently demonstrated excellence in professional and community leadership
· Made or is making significant contributions to the welfare of the community through involvement and participation
· Has given freely of their time and energy for community betterment
· Resides in or has their business in the Town of Columbus
